          • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. 
          • Leverage market research and data analytics to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights. 
          • Drive the adoption and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM for effective sales pipeline management and customer relationship nurturing. 
          • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed sales quotas and performance metrics. 
          • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives. 


          • Proven experience in sales management within the technology industry, with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution selling. 
          • Deep knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to leverage data analytics for informed decision-making. 
          • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization and reporting functionalities. 
          • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
          • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture. 

Additional Preferred Qualifications:-

          • Prior internship or coursework related to data analysis. 
          • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
